General Policy : -
SATSAI FINLEASE PRIVATE LIMITED operates as a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) under the laws of India. Once a financial service, transaction, or loan disbursement has been completed, no refunds shall be processed.

Exception : -
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases with prior written approval from the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Each request will be reviewed individually and approved solely at the discretion of management.

Return Policy : -
SATSAI FINLEASE PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept any returns of services or financial products. Clarification Since our services involve financial instruments such as loans, leases, and financing — not physical goods — there are no items to return once a transaction is processed.

Exceptions : -
No exceptions are applicable to the return policy. Refunds, if any, will be handled as per the above Refund Policy terms.
