Eligibility
1 - Applicant must be 18 years or older.
2 - Must be legally competent to enter into a contract.
3 - Must provide valid KYC and financial documents as required.

SATSAI FINLEASE PRIVATE LIMITED provides the following products and services:
1. Equipment Leasing – Financing for machinery, office equipment, and business tools.
2. Leasing Loans – Structured financial lease-based loans for individuals and enterprises.
3. Personal Loans – Unsecured loans to meet personal financial requirements.
4. Business Loans – Short-term and long-term credit for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
5. Home Loans – Financing for purchase or construction of residential property.
6. Mortgage Loans – Secured loans against property for business or personal needs.

User Responsibilities
1 - Provide accurate, truthful, and updated information during application.
2 - Repay EMIs and dues as per the repayment schedule.
3 - Use funds only for the declared purpose.
4 - Abide by RBI and NBFC regulations governing the service.

Limitation of Liability
The company shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delays, data inaccuracies, or third-party failures.
